Unlimited Reporting Capabilities: The Captorra legal intake system provides various options for reporting.  Users can create their own reports using our simple end user report builder which provide you the ability to save that report and run it at any point in the future.  You may also have system reports which can be scheduled to be sent out based upon a set schedule.  All reports can be based upon the information regarding legal intakes, referral sources, leads and more.

Out of the Box Dashboards: Users can have customized dashboards when they enter the system. A manager can see summary information such as number of calls, sign ups, specific campaign results and more. An intake specialist may have a dashboard highlighting their active intakes, follow up activities and personal scorecard.
