Chris O’Brien – President / CEO
Prior to starting Captorra, Chris spent 12 years with Client Profiles holding leadership positions on both the business development and client service side of the business. He helped lead the company to tremendous growth while still keeping focus on maintaining happy clients. He has presented at several legal industry events on topics including case management, lawyer time management, business process optimization and plaintiff case intake. Chris is very proud to have assembled the finest team of legal intake technologists to support the Captorra client base.
Matt Kelley – Director of Product Development
Matt Kelley is responsible for overseeing Captorra’s overall product and technology strategy. He is the architect of Captorra’s core case intake application, as well as our integration solutions. Matt is an expert in legal software applications and IT environments and has worked with law firms of all sizes to address challenges including business process optimization. Prior to Captorra, Matt implemented CRM systems at multinational law firms, insurance companies and other large organizations.
Denny Newberry – Director of Sales
Denny Newberry oversees the business development activities at Captorra, including sales, marketing and strategic partnerships. In this capacity, Denny has cultivated many new clients including some of the largest and most respected firms in our industry. He brings outstanding industry knowledge as well as endless desire to match a client’s need with the right solution. Prior to joining Captorra, he was the Regional Sales Manager for Copitrak / Nuance and Client Profiles.
Chris Benefield – Project Manager
As a project manager, Chris’ primary focus is on the process to ensure customer satisfaction, quality, and on-time delivery. He is a certified associate in project management and has over 10 years’ experience in managing in the SaaS industry. Prior to Captorra, Chris worked as Executive Director and Program Manager for a national utility software organization.
Keith Rose – Project Manager
Keith Rose in responsible for helping both new and existing clients maximize the potential of Captorra. He works with clients throughout the entire project lifecycle from design to implementation as well as training and support. Prior to joining Captorra, held a variety of technical and functional roles where he served as a power user for a variety other industries intake and sales software. Spending his entire career in client focused roles, Keith prides himself on building positive and successful outcomes for each and every client.
